Tina Ridler, LWC Owner & Wellness Programs Director/ CMT/ Spa Therapist Tina is a Certified Massage Therapist & Rochester Licensed Therapist, Spa Therapist, and Cosmetologist (with over 26 years experience) who loves working in her field of Wellness Therapy. She is passionate about her client's well being and brings fresh ideas and continuous education to her craft. Her educational background is in Medical Technology, Cosmetology, Massage Therapy, Ministry, Pain Management, Health, Coaching and Teaching. Her passion is Whole Wellness - factoring in a persons; Body, Mind, and Spirit. Her current research is in Detoxification, Aromatherapy, Thyroid Disorders and Pain Management. She is currently certified in many Massage & Spa Techniques, Detoxification Treatments as well as a Certified M'lis Wellness Consultant.

Elisabeth Piotter, CMT/RLMT
I specialize in Deep Tissue, Swedish, Hot Stone, and Pre-Natal Massage. I also give some Spa Body Treatments. I am certified in giving M'lis Contour Body Wraps.
Heather Ehrich CMT/RLMT
I provide Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Hot Stone, Body Wraps, Lomi Lomi, Myofascial Release, and Cranio-sacral Therapy. I am also an Usui Reiki Master practitioner.
Ashley Hill CMT/RLMT
I offer Heat Therapy, Swedish, and Deep Tissue therapies. Let me help you on your journey to relaxation and rejuvenation for your body, mind, and spirit!
Danielle Rundquist CMT/RLMT
My specialties are relaxation, deep tissue, reflexology, shiatsu, pre-natal, and Reiki. I am continuing my training in craniosacral in the fall. In the Spring I will be taking Craniosacral for pediatric care.
Janet Olson CMT
I provide years of experience and expertise in: Muscular Therapy, Reflexology, and Deep Tissue Techniques.
Susan Anderson CMT
Susan's style is classical Therapeutic Massage and she is well trained in Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques. She also is a Reiki Master and loves using Hot Stone therapies. We look forward to Susan joining our team March 1st!
