Lilac Wellness Center Cancellation Policy -
Here at Lilac Wellness Center we
value all of our customers, and our customers' time. We kindly ask that you do the same. We value
your business, our therapists, and our company, and appreciate your cooperation with our policies.
General Policy- Please respect our clientele and staff by
keeping appointments and providing a minimum of 24 hours
notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments. PLEASE CALL OUR OFFICE TO CANCEL AND/OR RESCHEDULE.
* If you had originally scheduled online, you may also do this thru our online scheduling service which allows a 12 hr min.
Late Arrival- Your
late arrival will require that we end your session at the scheduled time, meaning
your session will unfortunately be shorter. You will be charged the full amount for the original appointment time. We have reserved
this time for you and only you, and have other people scheduled after your time.
No Show - You will be billed for 50% of your appointment value. With 2 No Shows you will be billed for 100% of your appointment value and required to book all future appointments with a credit card. With 3 No Shows you will no longer be booking appointments with us.
Body Wraps and all other Spa Therapy Treatments and multiple client packages
require a minimum 24-hour cancellation or rescheduling notice.
Because of the level of preparation and amount
of time these appointments require, if you cancel or reschedule within less
than 24 hours of your appointment, this will result in a 50 % service fee charge
to you. No-show and late arrivals conditions listed above also apply.
Management and staff reserve the right to require
payment at the time of booking for services at their discretion.
Inappropriate Behavior Policy
Massage therapy is for relaxation and therapeutic purposes only. There is absolutely no sexual component to therapeutic massage whatsoever. Any insinuation, joke, gesture, conversation, or request otherwise will result in immediate termination of your
session, and a refusal of any and all services in the future. You will be charged the full service fee regardless of the length of
your session. Any violation of our trust will be reported to the appropriate local authorities and action taken. We expect our professional staff to be treated with respect and dignity- always.
Weather - In the event of inclement weather, our office will be closed. Our staff will contact scheduled clients to reschedule appointments when it is safe to do so.
Product Returns- No cash back on gifts, gift certificates, discount cards or returned products. We will exchange returned product for in store credit or other same valued products.
